- 4 slices Schär Wholesome Seeded Loaf
- 2 bananas, thinly sliced
- 2tsp lemon juice
- 10g walnuts, chopped
- 1tsp chia seeds
- 2tsp honey, eg manuka
- Lightly toast the bread, then slice in half diagonally.
- Top the toasts with the banana slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Scatter over the walnuts and chia seeds, drizzle with the honey and serve.
