As the festive season rolls around, so does the ever-present abundance of  Christmas desserts! Just because you’re trying to stay healthy, doesn’t mean you have to miss out; whether you want to enjoy pudding whilst watching your waistline or are catering for guests with special dietary requirements, we’ve got the right recipe for you this Christmas.

1. Gluten-free Christmas pudding

Enjoy our lighter take on traditional figgy pudding, which is low in saturates and swaps sugar for Total Sweet. Also free of gluten and dairy, it’s one of our most inclusive festive desserts.

4. Mulled wine poached pears with vanilla spiced cream

The combination of prunes, Armagnac and a clementine zest syrup give these little cakes maximum festive flavour. They’re also pre-portioned, meaning that you’re less likely to over-indulge.
