How to do it: Starting a comfortable distance away from your box, explode up and jump onto your box, landing in a squat. Jump back and land softly to protect your joints.

Reps:

Beginner: Start with a low box and complete 10 reps.
Experienced: Start with a higher box and complete 15 reps.
