Our menu plans are put together each month by our dietitian, Juliette Kellow. They’re designed to help you lose around 1lb a week (and more if you have a lot to lose). Each plan includes at least five portions of fruit and veg a day and two portions of fish each week, one of them oil rich. We also make sure you get enough vital nutrients, such as calcium. In our weekly menus we suggest you use many of the recipes on our website, so there’s no deprivation involved.
