45g bowl bran flakes with 100ml skimmed milk, topped with 1tbsp fat-free greek yogurt, 80g berries and 3 chopped hazelnuts
25g dark chocolate
Mix 250g drained mixed beans from a can with 1 diced spring onion, 1 tomato and some chopped cucumber. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and serve with a slice of wholemeal bread
