Combine 2 beaten eggs with a few leaves of torn spinach and a diced mushroom. Microwave on full power or cook gently in a small, non-stick frying pan until the egg is set. Serve with 1 slice sourdough toast. Plus 150ml orange juice
A skinny cappuccino and an apple
Mix together 75g cooked salmon, 1tbsp reduced-fat salad cream and 1 chopped tomato. Split a 200g baked potato and fill with the mix. Serve with a green salad
1 slice fruit bread and a satsuma
1 serving veggie curry. Plus 100g pot crème caramel
