Two raw almond brownie squares with a skinny cappuccino
80g sliced cantaloupe melon with 1 sliced banana
Warm a wholemeal pitta in the toaster. Slice into strips and serve with ½ avocado (70g), 50g reduced-fat hummus, a sliced red pepper and a big chunk of cucumber cut into sticks
30g dark chocolate
1 serving spinach, pine nut and ricotta courgette bake served with 125g cooked wholegrain rice. Have 100g blackberries (or berry of your choice) to follow
