1 fruit and nut energy bar, plus a skinny cappuccino
1 apple and a 170g pot fat-free Greek yogurt
Bake a 150g baking potato in the microwave or oven. Once cooked, split and remove the flesh. Mash with some lemon juice and black pepper. Return to the skin and top with 150g cottage cheese (buy a big pot and use another time). Serve with iceberg lettuce salad
