40g bran flakes topped with 3 dried apricots and 1 grated apple, with 200ml semi-skimmed milk
15 unsalted almonds
1 serving roast beef, pepper and green bean wraps, followed by a banana
1 slice toasted fruit loaf with a skinny cappuccino (decaf if you like)
1 serving fresh pesto pasta salad with roasted veg and baked ricotta, plus a sliced pear to follow
