Apricot and almond bliss balls

A good way to break your biscuit habit is switching to raw energy balls. These easy bites will keep in the fridge for two weeks, or freeze for three months!

Serves 18 (makes 18 balls)

Ingredients

  • 175g soft dried apricots
  • 200g dried figs (woody stalks removed)
  • 175g natural almonds
  • 2tbsp chia seeds

Method

  1. Blitz the apricots, figs and natural almonds in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms, then whiz in the chia seeds.
  2. Lightly oil your hands, then roll mixture into 18 balls.
  3. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for 3 months.
