- 175g soft dried apricots
- 200g dried figs (woody stalks removed)
- 175g natural almonds
- 2tbsp chia seeds
- Blitz the apricots, figs and natural almonds in a food processor until a sticky mixture forms, then whiz in the chia seeds.
- Lightly oil your hands, then roll mixture into 18 balls.
- Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for 3 months.
