Berry kombucha sangria

Our fruity kombucha-based mocktail recipe will work like a charm to get the party started and is a go-to option for sober drinkers.

  • 500g ice
  • 1 large orange, halved, then sliced into half moons
  • 1 large green apple, diced
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 300g mixed berries, large berries halved or quartered if necessary
  • ½ small bunch fresh mint, plus extra to garnish
  • 250ml pomegranate juice
  • 250ml sparkling water
  • 2 x 330ml bottles raspberry and lemon kombucha


  1. Put the ice, fruit and mint in a large carafe or pitcher.
  2. Pour the juice, sparkling water and kombucha over the fruit
    and stir gently. 
  3. Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnished with
    mint sprigs.
