- 500g ice
- 1 large orange, halved, then sliced into half moons
- 1 large green apple, diced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 300g mixed berries, large berries halved or quartered if necessary
- ½ small bunch fresh mint, plus extra to garnish
- 250ml pomegranate juice
- 250ml sparkling water
- 2 x 330ml bottles raspberry and lemon kombucha
- Put the ice, fruit and mint in a large carafe or pitcher.
- Pour the juice, sparkling water and kombucha over the fruit
and stir gently.
- Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnished with
