- 40g gluten-free oats
- 200g skimmed milk
- 15g sultanas
- 80g apple, grated
- Pinch of ground cinnamon, to serve
- Put the oats and sultanas in a bowl or jar. Add the milk and allow to soak overnight.
- In the morning, stir in the grated apple and a pinch of cinnamon then serve.
