Boiled egg, avocado and chilli ryvita

You can't beat the classic combination of eggs and avocado. Assemble on top of a ryvita crispbread for a tasty and healthy snack or light lunch.

Ingredients

  • ¼ avocado
  • 1tsp lemon juice
  • Garlic purée, to taste
  • 1 Ryvita crispbread
  • 1 hardboiled egg, sliced
  • Dried chilli flakes to taste

Method

  1. Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and garlic purée. Spread the crispbread with the mash and top with the egg slices. Sprinkle with the chilli flakes.
