All-Bran fruit and nut breakfast bowl

All-Bran packs in a healthy dose of fibre to this breakfast recipe while the extra dollop of yoghurt adds an extra protein punch to keep you feeling full.

  • 45g All-Bran or bran flakes
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 80g raspberries
  • 3 hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1tbsp fat-free greek yogurt


  1. Put the All-Bran or bran flakes into a bowl and pour over the milk.
  2. Top with the berries, chopped nuts and a dollop of yogurt and serve.
