Chilli crab vermicelli

The quickest and healthiest crab noodles recipe you'll ever make. Simply toss noodles with crab, tomatoes, rocket, chilli and olive oil, then serve.

Cooking Time 10 min


  • 300g vermicelli or spaghettini
  • 200g fresh or tinned crab meat
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 70g baby rocket
  • 1 long red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1tbsp olive oil


  1. Cook the noodles in a large pan of boiling water according to the pack instructions.
  2. Drain the noodles, then return it to the pan. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until well combined. Serve with crusty bread, if you like.
