- 110g can no-drain tuna in sunflower oil
- 1 small avocado
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 3tbsp 0% fat greek yogurt
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- ½tsp chilli flakes
- 2 slices wholegrain bread, toasted if you like
- 30g rocket
- Put the tuna, avocado, onion, yogurt, lemon juice and chilli flakes in a bowl and mash well to combine.
- Spread the bread or toast slices evenly with the mashed tuna and avocado mix. Top with rocket leaves and serve.
