Cinnamon highball mocktail

A lighter drink, that embodies the true essence and festive flavours of Christmas, we'll be enjoying one of these on 25th December

Ingredients

  • 15ml lime juice
  • 5ml cinnamon syrup
  • 30ml cloudy apple juice
  • London Essence Co. Classic Tonic Water

To garnish

  • Cinnamon stick
  • Slice of apple

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes and pour over the liquid ingredients.
  2. Gently stir together, then garnish with the cinnamon stick and slice of apple.

TIP: To make this mocktail into a cocktail, add 25ml aged rum.
