- 225g rolled oats
- 30g almonds, chopped
- 30g walnuts, chopped
- 30g sesame seeds
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 100g raisins
- 100g dried cranberries
- 100g dried apricots, chopped
- 2tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight jar for up to one month.
TIP Serve topped with a couple of spoonfuls of low-fat natural yogurt and your favourite fresh fruit.
