Coconut milk & seed porridge

This dairy-free coconut porridge is a delicious plant-based way to start your day. We've used Mornflake oats to speed up the cooking time.

Cooking Time 5 min

Ingredients

  • 80g quick-cook oats, such as Mornflake Superfast
  • 570ml coconut milk drink, such as Alpro Fresh Coconut Original
  • 2tbsp mixed seeds, such as chia, pumpkin and sunflower

Method

  1. Combine the oats and coconut milk drink in a medium pan. Bring to the boil, then stir continuously for 1 min. Remove from the heat and stand for 1 min.
  2. Divide between 2 bowls, then sprinkle over the seeds to serve.
