Deliciously Ella’s easy green smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 small or ½ large cucumber
  • 1 large handful (about 20g) fresh spinach
  • 1tbsp almond butter


  1. Simply put all the ingredients into a blender, with a dash of water if you like. Blitz until smooth, then pour into a glass.
