- 150g shelled soya beans, thawed if frozen
- 1tbsp white miso paste
- 1tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Juice ½ lemon, plus extra
- 2tbsp chopped fresh mint
- Dash tabasco sauce
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor with 2tbsp water until combined. Add extra lemon juice or water to thin, if necessary. Cover the dip and chill until ready to serve.
