- 100g edamame in pods
- 1tsp reduced-salt tamari (or soy sauce if you don’t need it to be gluten-free)
- 1tsp gluten-free sweet chilli sauce
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Put the edamame pods into the pan and cook for about 1 min. Drain, refresh in iced water and drain again. Transfer to a sealed container in the lunchbox.
- Mix the tamari or soy sauce and chilli sauce and transfer to a small jar or leakproof pot.
