Frozen yogurt sandwiches

These frozen yogurt sandwiches couldn't be easier to make and only use two ingredients.

  • 180ml low-fat frozen fruit-flavoured yogurt
  • 12 oat and mixed berry flavoured biscuits (we used Nairn’s)


    1. Soften the yogurt in a bowl.
    2. Put a sixth of the yogurt on an oat biscuit, then top with a second biscuit. Repeat to make six sandwiches.
