- 180ml low-fat frozen fruit-flavoured yogurt
- 12 oat and mixed berry flavoured biscuits (we used Nairn’s)
- Soften the yogurt in a bowl.
- Put a sixth of the yogurt on an oat biscuit, then top with a second biscuit. Repeat to make six sandwiches.
