Healthy gluten-free porridge with berries

You can't beat a comforting and creamy bowl of hot porridge on a chilly winter morning – can you? Here's our easy version, that also happens to be low in calories and gluten-free too.

Serves 1

Cooking Time 6 min


  • 40g gluten-free porridge oats
  • 250ml skimmed milk
  • 80g fresh or frozen mixed berries, defrosted if frozen, to serve


  1. Put the porridge oats and milk into a pan and simmer gently for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
  2. Remove from heat and let the mixture stand for 1 min. Top with the mixed berries and serve.
