Gluten-free porridge with blueberries

Our gluten-free porridge recipe is high in protein and topped with blueberries for a sweet but low-sugar addition

Ingredients

  • 40g gluten-free oats
  • 300ml skimmed milk
  • 80g blueberries

Method

  1. Put the oats and milk into a pan and simmer gently for 5-6 min, stirring occasionally until thick and creamy.
  2. Remove from the heat and let the mixture stand for 1 more minute. Top with the blueberries and serve.
