Herby guacamole

The perfect low cal accompaniment to a salad or to have as a dip

  • ¼ ripe avocado flesh
  • 1tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1tbsp fresh basil or mint
  • Juice ½ lemon


  1. Blend everything with 3tbsp cold water using a mini food chopper or blender. Season with black pepper.
