- 500g tub 2% fat Greek yogurt
- 2tsp icing sugar, sifted
- 50g ready-made mini meringues, crumbled
- 6–8 kiwi fruits (about 500g), peeled and chopped
- Put the Greek yogurt and icing sugar into a mixing bowl, then stir to combine. Add the diced kiwi and crumbled meringues, then gently fold together.
- Spoon the mixture into short glasses and serve.
