- 2tbsp lemon marmalade
- Zest and juice of ½ lemon
- 500ml tub frozen natural yogurt, lightly softened
- 25g meringue, crushed
- Mix the lemon marmalade with the lemon zest and juice.
- In a large bowl combine the frozen yogurt with the lemon mixture and meringue. Spoon into serving dishes and serve immediately, or freeze and
use straight from the freezer when needed.
