Mango and coconut no-cook porridge

  • 60g jumbo oats
  • 20g oatmeal (preferably coarse)
  • 10g coconut flakes
  • 160ml coconut milk drink
  • 1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1cm cubes


  1. Divide the oats, oatmeal and half the coconut flakes between two 250ml jars or containers. Add 80ml of the coconut milk drink to each, then top with the mango and remaining coconut flakes.
  2. Seal with lids, then leave in the fridge overnight.
