Mango & passion fruit sundaes

  • 2 ripe medium mangoes, peeled and stoned
  • 8 small scoops of reduced-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 2 passion fruits, halved


  1. Thinly slice the mangoes. Divide half the slices among 4 serving glasses, then add a scoop of ice cream to each. Top with the remaining mango, followed by another scoop of ice cream.
  2. Spoon the pulp from each passionfruit half, then drizzle over the sundaes.
