- 2 ripe medium mangoes, peeled and stoned
- 8 small scoops of reduced-fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 passion fruits, halved
- Thinly slice the mangoes. Divide half the slices among 4 serving glasses, then add a scoop of ice cream to each. Top with the remaining mango, followed by another scoop of ice cream.
- Spoon the pulp from each passionfruit half, then drizzle over the sundaes.
