- 200ml orange juice
- 2tbsp runny honey
- 50g caster sugar
- 450g mixed berries, defrosted if frozen
- Whiz all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow baking tin and freeze for 1 hr or until the edges start to become icy. Use a fork to stir the icy edges into the centre of the tin. Repeat this step every 30 min or until the mixture is frozen.
- To serve, scrape the frozen mixture with a fork to form icy crystals and spoon into small serving dishes to serve.
