- 225ml freshly squeezed orange juice, plus extra if needed
- 100ml natural probiotic yogurt
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, stoned and flesh roughly chopped
- 1 banana, peeled and chopped
- Small handful oats
- 1tbsp almond butter
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Put all the ingredients, except the ice, into a blender and whiz until smooth (or use a large jug and a stick blender). Check the consistency – if it’s too thick, thin down with a little orange juice.
- Pour into 2 glasses half-filled with ice and serve straightaway.
