Oat bran berry porridge

Ingredients

  • 80g oat bran
  • 290ml skimmed milk
  • 60g quark
  • 80g blueberries
  • 80g raspberries

Method

  1. Put the oat bran and skimmed milk in a medium pan with 280ml water, then bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to medium, then simmer, stirring, for 3 min. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 1 min.
  2. Stir through the quark, then divide the porridge between 2 bowls and serve topped with the berries.
