- 80g oat bran
- 290ml skimmed milk
- 60g quark
- 80g blueberries
- 80g raspberries
- Put the oat bran and skimmed milk in a medium pan with 280ml water, then bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to medium, then simmer, stirring, for 3 min. Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 1 min.
- Stir through the quark, then divide the porridge between 2 bowls and serve topped with the berries.
