Peanut butter, apple and cinnamon ryvita

This sweet crispbread topping is packed full of fibre, plant-protein and completely vegan too. Enjoy as a healthy snack or even as a dessert.

  • 1 rounded tbsp no added salt or sugar peanut butter
  • 1 Ryvita crispbread
  • ½ small apple, thinly sliced
  • Cinnamon, to dust


  1. Mix the peanut butter in a small bowl with ½tbsp water until smooth. Spread over the crispbread, then top with the apple slices and dust with cinnamon.
