- 100g plain popped popcorn
- 150g mixed unsalted nuts
- 2tsp smoked paprika
- ½tsp chilli powder
- Heat the oven to 190ºC/fan 170°C/gas 5 and line two baking trays with baking paper.
- Toss the popped popcorn with the mixed unsalted nuts, 2tsp smoked paprika and ½tsp chilli powder. Put on trays, spritz with spray olive oil and bake for 10 min or until golden.
- Let the trays cool, then store the mix in an airtight container for up to a week.
