Power smoothie

Our nutritious power smoothie is ready in just five minutes. It's the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack.

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 50g frozen spinach
  • 375ml skimmed milk
  • 125g low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • Handful ice cubes


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
