- 1 large ripe banana, peeled and chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- 50g frozen spinach
- 375ml skimmed milk
- 125g low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2tsp chia seeds
- Handful ice cubes
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
