- 2 servings of leftover lamb with dukkah roasted pumpkin
- 60g rocket
- 1tbsp dukkah
- Lemon wedges, to serve
- Put the leftover lamb, couscous and roasted veg in a bowl with the rocket and toss to combine. Drizzle with the remaining tahini yogurt and the dukkah and serve with the lemon wedges.
