- 1 medium very ripe banana, sliced
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 300ml skimmed milk
- 100g fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2tsp chia seeds
- 2tsp honey
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until thick and creamy. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
