Raspberry, banana & chia smoothies

You can use frozen raspberries in this speedy healthy smoothie, making it a year-round treat. It's high in protein and calcium, too

  • 1 medium very ripe banana, sliced
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 300ml skimmed milk
  • 100g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2tsp chia seeds
  • 2tsp honey


  1. Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until thick and creamy. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately.
