- 80g fresh or frozen raspberries
- ½ medium ripe banana
- 150ml skimmed or unsweetened soya milk
- ½tsp ground cinnamon
- 1tsp runny honey
- Splash of water
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth, then serve in a chilled glass. It’s as simple as that!
