Raspberry smoothie

This raspberry smoothie is low in calories and fat. Serve it for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack.

Ingredients

  • 80g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ medium ripe banana
  • 150ml skimmed or unsweetened soya milk
  • ½tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1tsp runny honey
  • Splash of water

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth, then serve in a chilled glass. It’s as simple as that!
