Raspberry sorbet

Ingredients

  • 175g frozen raspberries
  • 5tbsp light cranberry juice drink

Method

  1. Put the frozen raspberries and light cranberry juice drink in a food processor and blend until smooth and combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into a small container and freeze for at least 30 min to make a soft sorbet. Serve in scoops, or use in one of the recipes on the right.
