- 80g fresh or frozen blueberries
- 30g baby spinach
- 1 ball stem ginger from a jar, chopped
- 100ml skimmed milk
- 3tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- 3–4 ice cubes
- 100ml water
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth, then serve in a chilled glass.
