Spiced berry boost smoothie

Fuss-free and filling, this healthy berry smoothie is a great way to start the day.

  • 80g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 1 ball stem ginger from a jar, chopped
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 3tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • 100ml water


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whiz until smooth, then serve in a chilled glass.
