Spicy Asian sauce

Liven up a salad with this quick and simple Spicy Asian sauce

  • 1tsp fish sauce
  • 1tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • ¼tsp brown sugar
  • ½tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • ½tbsp toasted sesame oil


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a lidded jar or jug with 1tbsp hot water from the kettle.
