Banana toasts

  • 4 slices Schär Wholesome Seeded Loaf
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 10g walnuts, chopped
  • 1tsp chia seeds
  • 2tsp honey, eg manuka


  1. Lightly toast the bread, then slice in half diagonally.
  2. Top the toasts with the banana slices and drizzle with the lemon juice. Scatter over the walnuts and chia seeds, drizzle with the honey and serve.
