Mixed berry smoothie with Schär Breakfast Bakes biscuits

Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries
  • 50g raspberries
  • 25g blueberries
  • 25g blackberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 100ml pomegranate or cranberry juice
  • 170g pot fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 4 Schär Gluten Free Breakfast Bakes

Method

  1. Blend the berries with the banana and juice for 30 sec.
  2. Add the yogurt and blend a further 15 sec.
  3. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and serve with the biscuits.
