Steamed vegetables with sesame & honey

Ingredients

  • 325g baby carrots, stalks trimmed
  • 325g broccoli florets
  • 2 large courgettes, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 1tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1tbsp runny honey
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1tsp toasted sesame oil

Method

  1. Steam the carrots for 3 min, then add the broccoli and steam for a further 2 min. Add the courgettes and steam for 1–2 min more.
  2. Combine the sesame seeds, honey, lime juice and oil in a small jug or bowl. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine, then serve.
