Strawberry fro-yo

  • 500g low-fat natural yogurt
  • 150g hulled strawberries, mashed
  • 1–2tbsp agave nectar
  • Vanilla extract, to taste

  1. Combine the yogurt and strawberries in a mixing bowl. Add the agave nectar and vanilla extract and mix together well.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a freezerproof container and freeze for 1–2 hr, then mash thoroughly.
  3. Freeze for a further 1 hr, mash again, then freeze until solid. Transfer to the fridge 15 min before you want to serve to make scooping easier.
