- 150g pot low-fat natural yogurt
- 3 small bananas, sliced
- 400g strawberries
- Juice of 4 oranges
- 1–2tbsp runny honey or agave nectar
- 50g porridge oats, plus extra to scatter
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in glasses, scattered with the extra oats.
