Strawberry oat smoothies

Swap the sugary breakfast cereal for a low calorie strawberry and oat smoothie and get 2 of your 5-a-day on the go.

  • 150g pot low-fat natural yogurt
  • 3 small bananas, sliced
  • 400g strawberries
  • Juice of 4 oranges
  • 1–2tbsp runny honey or agave nectar
  • 50g porridge oats, plus extra to scatter


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Serve in glasses, scattered with the extra oats.
