Tropical smoothie bowl

This smoothie bowl is packed full of fruit making it easy to get three of your five-a day - not to mention how much prettier it looks served in a bowl!

For the smoothie

    • 1 frozen banana, sliced
    • 100ml coconut milk alternative, such as Alpro Coconut
    • 40g frozen mango chunks
    • 1tsp coconut flakes
    • Handful ice

For the dressing

  • 40g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 40g raspberries
  • ½ pink grapefruit, segmented
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
  • 1tsp coconut flakes


  1. Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie together until creamy, then pour into a bowl.
  2. Top with the pineapple chunks, raspberries and grapefruit. Scoop out the pulp of the passionfruit and drizzle over the top, then scatter with the coconut flakes to serve.
