Tropical pavlova nests

  • 150g 2% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1tbsp fruit schnapps
  • 4 meringue nests 
  • 1 small papaya, diced
  • 175g pineapple, diced
  • 2 passion fruits, halved


  1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the fruit schnapps in a small bowl, then divide equally among the meringue nests. Top each one with some of the diced papaya and pineapple.
  2. Scoop out the passion fruit pulp, then spoon over the pavlovas. Serve any remaining fruit on the side.
