Hummus, pepper and rocket ryvita

This simple but classic vegan combination combines sweet, creamy and slightly tart flavours in a winning crispbread topping.

  • 1 Ryvita crispbread
  • 2tbsp reduced-fat hummus
  • 40g roasted red peppers in brine from a jar, drained and sliced
  • A few rocket leaves
  • ½tsp balsamic vinegar


  1. Spread the crispbread with the hummus and top with the red pepper slices. Add the rocket and drizzle with the vinegar.
